My Top Tips for Winter

Thank you so much for being here! This month is already off to a cracking start.

HAPPY DANCE

June is the first official month of winter, and already 8 days in, my clients are opting in for some spicy workouts to keep warm!!

As someone who personally LOVES the colder months, long nights, later sunrises, hot chocolates and hot food, I have some top tips to share with you for the cooler months.

Top tips for winter ❄️
1. Accountability buddy! Don’t leave your friend in the cold! You’re more likely to commit to plans with a buddy!

2. Heat up your dinner with roasted vegetables!! Not all comfort food needs to be pasta 😉

3. Bring out the slow cooker!! Reduce your time in the kitchen with bulk cooks in the slow cooker!

4. Warm up with movement! Get moving indoors, outdoors, and you will be removing layers of clothes in no time.

5. Sleep in your workout gear 😉 Where possible sleep in the clothes you’re planning on wearing in the morning! No time for cold feet.

6. Drink water 💦 It’s harder to keep our water intake up on the colder days. Don’t wait to feel thirsty to drink water. Keep a room temperature bottle near by at all times and sip from it often!
