She’ll do the groceries, prepare the meals and provide them in containers that will transport straight into your fridge/freezer for the week so the only thing standing between you and a healthy meal is the heat and eat part!

MEET  Tarah-Lee

Welcome to Clish Nutrition & PT. I’m Tarah-Lee. Owner, University qualified Nutritionist and Personal Trainer, Pilates instructor and Pre and Postnatal Coach. I’m a mother of 3 and with each child came very different approaches to my pregnancy and postpartum periods.

When baby number 2 was born at the peak of the Pandemic for Australians in 2020, there were some very sudden changes made to my fourth trimester I could have never planned for at that time. I didn’t expect to be confined to my home for 6 weeks, then restricted further for another 6 weeks after.

While nothing could have prepared me, or any one else for that matter for the pandemic, I now know exactly what I need for the fourth trimester, and I want to ensure that other women have access to this information too as I support them from preconception, pregnancy, delivery, their 4th trimester and beyond. My goal is to create a space that educates, inspires and empowers women to be healthy during and after pregnancy in a way that is inclusive for their whole family.

This includes Safe Return to Exercise, using the Pilates method.

WHAT DOES THE PROCESS LOOK LIKE?

1. Connect with me: During our Discovery Call, I get to find out what your goals are and any medical history that is relevant so we can see where you are in your journey – whether you are planning a pregnancy, in the early stage of your pregnancy, nearing the end of your pregnancy or preparing for baby and postpartum, or looking for new fast delicious ways to feed your family, we will work out how I can help you to achieve your nutrition, health and wellness goals.

2. Choose how to work with me: I currently offer support for busy mums and mums to be including nutrition, meal prep and movement in either a 1:1 capacity or in supportive groups. 

3. Join our Facebook Community to be guided and supported by mums and mums to be on a similar journey to you.

Being the best version of ourselves as a mum is a big ask. It’s a demanding role and there is never a time where you get to “clock off”. It requires lots of planning on often not a lot of sleep and can often get really hectic. Many mums I work with often put everyone else’s needs beyond theirs and I’m here to help you remember that you are the most important person in your life and you need to take care of yourself. Having access to the right support and education so you can make good choices about your health will help you be the best mum you can be.
